“During my routine visits with one of our precious patients who lives alone, she began to tell me how much it meant to her with Ben’s act of kindness. Ben had noticed the patient’s light bulbs in the ceiling fan were almost all burnt out. The patient had explained the bulbs cost too much money. Ben told the patient he thought he had some like that laying around. Ben’s next visit, he brought her the correct bulbs and replaced them all for her.
