“I would like to give a huge compliment to our lovely HR Lady, Taylor Mitchell. I have been sick since Sunday and my doctor’s appointment was today, but I did not know my MedCost information to give to the doctors. Taylor mentioned a couple times the computer portal was being very, very difficult for her to log in. She did forward me a phone number to call MedCost, but on top of that, continued her efforts to make sure I got my MedCost ID card. I think Taylor went above and beyond to make sure I was helped to get the information I needed. This, in my opinion, is what a 3HC employee is and strives to be.
