Transition Into Practice (TIP) Program
The Transition Into Practice (TIP) Program allows 3HC to hire brand new graduate RNs through a groundbreaking orientation program for the graduates in the Home Health and Hospice Industry. 3HC welcomed its first class of new graduate RNs in June 2019 to begin their journey on our comprehensive 9-month orientation program.

3HC Scholarship Program
The Health Care Scholarship Program of 3HC contributes to the education reimbursement for the development of healthcare workers to include Registered Nurses (RN) and Certified Nursing Assistants. 3HC offers this program to improve recruitment and retention, as well as to help maintain an educated and skilled workforce. The 3HC Scholarship Program is to be awarded in April of each year. All application requirements should be submitted no later than March 1st.
Requirements:
- Must be a spouse, child, or grandchild of an active or retired 3HC employee
- Must be at least 18 years old at time of monetary award and willing to sign a working commitment contract (A five year employment commitment is required for RN and a two year employment commitment is required for CNA.)
- Proof of acceptance into a RN/CNA Program
- Completed application and essay of 500-900 words sharing why you want to enter the healthcare field
- Two letters of recommendation from non-family

CPR Certification and Recertification
The 3HC Education Department provides Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Healthcare Provider certification and recertification courses on a regular basis for our visiting nurses, therapists, therapy assistants, nurses at our Inpatient Hospice facilities, and nursing assistants. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Heartsaver recertification courses are provided on a regular basis for our nursing assistants who are currently Heartsaver certified, as well.
